PA Man Caught Sharing Child Porn Out On Bail: State Police

A central Pennsylvania who is accused of sexually abusing childing and disseminating child pornography is out on bail following his arrest, according to a release by state police.

The images were found during a "proactive investigation" of file sharing networks launched by Corporal Anthony Reppert of the state police's Computer Crime Task Force.

The task force executed a search warrant at James Sheaf IV's home on Valley Street, in Glen Rock on Mar. 29, according to the release by state police.

The 41-year-old was charged with 10 felony counts child pornography on May 25, court records show.

Sheaf IV was released on $10,000 in bail, police say and court records confirm.

His preliminary hearing has been scheduled before Magisterial District Judge Lindy Lane Sweeney at 9 a.m. on June 9, his court docket shows.
